• State Licensing - MCSI will assist new and existing mortgage companies in filing for initial and subsequent mortgage business licenses. We complete all the paperwork and help get your application approved as quickly as possible. Most states require a license before opening any mortgage office.
• New Broker State and Federal Compliance Set Up - MCSI will structure your new mortgage company to include customizing and implementing a compliance program and training for your staff so they understand the importance and oversight of compliance issues. We can also assist you to "set up" with credit reporting agencies, real estate appraisers, lenders, closing attorneys, payroll companies and many other third party vendors that are part of our network.
• Broker Compliance and Quality Control Review - MCSI will perform a complete review of your Books and Records, Loan Files and Personnel files based on State and Federal Regulations to ensure compliance with the laws.  We will give you a detailed report evaluating your companies present policies. MCSI will also provde a complete confidential report of all violations detected.   We will also provide you with helpful "tools" to establish an effective internal compliance program.
• FHA and VA Approval - MCSI will assist you "step-by-step" in the application process for HUD and VA approval for  your Mini Eagle and/or Full Eagle. We will provide all Quality and Control Plans for your submission package along with a Sponsoring Lender. MCSI will also provide your company with training in government loans.
